In order to be able to prepare the draft budget of the Latvian Medicines Verification Organisation (LZVO) for 2022 and calculate the annual fee of the MAH, we invite all MAHs to immediately update the information in accordance with Article 4.2 of the Cooperation Agreement.
If you represent more than one MAH in the Latvian market, please update the information on all MAHs represented. The actual number of MAHs is taken into account when calculating the amount of the annual fee for the following year.
LZVO has created a client portal to store legitimate information about its cooperation partners - MAHs and end-users. In the client portal an individual profile has been created for each LZVO client. Every company can be represented by two contact persons who are granted access to the portal.
The client portal allows its partners to update its data, submit and receive current documents, enter into contracts, receive invoices and contact LZVO. It also contains detailed, up-to-date and professional information on the operation of the verification system, system updates, European Union and Latvian operational guidelines and various other documents.
Please ensure that the client portal contains up-to-date information on the company you represent, the marketing authorization holders represented, current bank details for invoicing and e-mail contacts for alert notifications. Please inform LZVO promptly if relevant contact persons have changed.
